Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your GrowthPortal account and associated data, including Instagram-linked data obtained through Meta APIs.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@customer-portal-rho-blue.vercel.app from the email address tied to your account.
  2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account email and Instagram username.

What We Delete

  • User profile and authentication records in GrowthPortal.
  • Instagram account identifiers and metrics stored in our database.
  • Session tokens and related account cookies.

Deletion Timeline

We target completion within 30 days of verification. Limited data may be kept if required by law, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

Meta Deauthorization

You can also remove GrowthPortal access directly from your Meta/Instagram connected apps settings. This revokes API access tokens from the platform side.
