GrowthPortal provides account management and analytics features, including Instagram-connected metrics where permitted by Meta APIs.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining login credentials, lawful use of the platform, and ensuring your connected social accounts comply with applicable platform rules.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse APIs, automate abusive behavior, or violate platform policies.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown in the product interface. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Instagram and Meta integrations are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security issues, or legal reasons.
